Das diesjährige Future Food Symposium findet an der University of Birmingham vom 21. bis 22. Mai statt und wird von der Birmingham Business School in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Centre for Responsible Business und dem Birmingham Institute for Sustainability and Climate Action (BISCA) ausgerichtet. Es ist als Plattform für einen interdisziplinären und transdisziplinären Austausch zwischen Wissenschaftler*innen und Praktiker*innen konzipiert.
Die Möglichkeit zur Einreichung von Beiträgen besteht noch bis zum 17. März. Die Panels sind vielschichtig und thematisieren unter anderem Fragen der standortspezifischen Innovationen, Resilienz und Ernährungs-(un)sicherheit sowie des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels.

This year’s Future Food Symposium is to be held at the University of Birmingham from 21-22 May, and is being hosted by Birmingham Business School in collaboration with the Centre for Responsible Business and the Birmingham Institute for Sustainability and Climate Action (BISCA). Contributions can be submitted until 17 March. The panels will address a range of issues, including place-basedinnovations, community resilience, food (in)security, and food retail.
